Tender Opportunity — SDC PPN Strategic Plan and Community Wellbeing Statement Review

South Dublin County Public Participation Network (SDC PPN) invites submissions from suitably qualified consultants or consultancy teams to develop a five-year Strategic Plan and review and update our existing Community Wellbeing Statement.

The Strategic Plan will set out clear priorities and guide our work over the coming years. The wellbeing review will build on our existing statement and reflect the aspirations of communities across South Dublin County.

The work will include reviewing relevant documents and policy context, consultation with our Secretariat, representatives and member organisations, and the preparation of practical, accessible documents in plain English.

Maximum budget: €12,000, inclusive of VAT
Expected project period: November 2026–April 2027
Queries deadline: Tuesday, 13 October 2026, at 5:00 pm
Submission deadline: Tuesday, 20 October 2026, at 5:00 pm
