South Dublin County PPN is seeking two volunteer facilitators for each of our three Linkage Groups:
- Social Inclusion, Housing and Equality
- Community, Enterprise, Tourism, Sports and Arts
- Climate Action, Environment, Transport and Water
Linkage Groups bring PPN members together to discuss shared priorities and help shape local policy. Facilitators guide meetings, make space for everyone’s views and help the group progress its work plan. They work alongside PPN staff and receive training and support.
Facilitators are appointed for three years. The shared commitment includes four Linkage Group meetings and two PPN Plenary meetings each year, as well as a one-day training session.
You don’t need to have facilitated a group before. We welcome members with a range of interests, skills and experience. Current PPN representatives on an SPC, the LCDC or a similar committee are not eligible for this role.
