City Edge Strategic Urban Regeneration Framework 2026

South Dublin County Council is inviting public input on the future of three Priority Development Areas (PDAs): Red Cow/Cherry Orchard, Longmile, and Greenhills.

These plans aim to support mixed-use development in the short to medium term. Submissions or observations on Variation No. 3 are open until Tuesday, 12 May 2026.
